Orangewood is a condominium community located in Port Charlotte. There are 36 units, all comprised of 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Orangewood was built in 1983. The Orangewood Complex features a large screened in community pool. There is no Management company. We are self managed and as such have a 5 person board that manages ALL the association business. We are volunteers.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A $75 FEE FOR RETURNED ITEMS. PARKING: Each unit is assigned only one parking space and the remainder of the spaces are guest parking spaces. Per the Rules & Regulations, "One parking space is assigned to each unit, and additional spaces are provided for guest parking and/or a second car. Only two cars per unit MAXIMUM are permitted”
BULK PICKUP: For large Bulk items each unit owner is responsible for calling Waste Management Bulk Pick up at 941-629-1106. They will provide you with a confirmation number that you must provide to the board. $250 FINE will be assessed to units tossing bulk garbage with out a bulk pick up confirmation. Thank you. The board encourages everyone to report all suspicious activity, noise violations and any type of nuisance to the police.
